Anantraj Industries-Massive Scale-Up Underway

Delhi based Rs 2000 crore realtor Anantraj Industries is scaling up operations in a massive way.

The 1st phase of developing a 10 acre Luxury Resort at Dhumaspur, gurgaon has started with the corporate obtaining approval from the Director General, Town and Country Planning, Haryana.

Secondly, Anantraj has launched an affordable housing project called "Aashray" at Neemrana, Rajasthan comprising 2800 residential units. The Revenues from this project will begin accruing from Q4FY12.

Finally, and most importantly Anantraj has launched it's township project named "Anantraj Estate" at Sector 63A, Gurgaon, Haryana. The township will comprise of Residential Plots, Luxury Villas, Residential Flats and Independent floors. In all about 100 acres of land will be developed for which the corporate has received all clearances from the State Government and various associated bodies. The soft opening for Sale of plots ranging in sizes 300 to 500 yds will commence in March 2012, with part Revenues getting reflected in Q4FY12.

The completion of the above projects has been timed to coincide with the opening up of the Sonepat, Manesar, Palwal Highway which will make it un-necessary for traffic to reach Gurgaon, Jaipur and Agra without having to cross across New Delhi. This highway will also link up Anantraj's massive 1.8 mn sq feet 13 storied IT Park at Rai, Sonepat with it's IT Park in Gurgaon and residential units in Bijwasan, Manesar and Gurgaon.
