City Union Bank To Announce Rights Issue On Jan31

City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on January 31, 2012, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended December 31, 2011, and also to consider the proposal for initiating the formalities and procedures for Rights Issues subject to the applicable laws and regulations including RBI & SEBI Guidelines.
