BUDGET BLUES:- Dow ended down 1% last night based on the outcome of the February consumer confidence Index which came at 46 vis a vis 56.50 in January. The Indian markets will have an event lead day in the trading session ahead. To be truthful I am unable to understand the significance of the railway budget as compared to the FNO expiry. for me the FNO expiry is a far more important event.............
