Hi Aditi,

My personal opinion, try skipping this IPO. D reason being, its more
expensive than its peers. While the peer groups are available between
1-3x Price to book value (PBV) of FY2009, Adani's stock is available
at 4.11x PBV of FY10. While people or rather companies who are
recommending the shares have said the fair value of the company is
anywhere between Rs.63 to Rs.100. Now that's the price of the IPO. So
they feel its justified...but what about the upside? It shows that
they are trying to push the IPO. But if Rs.100 is a fair value to the
company, then i don't think so there is huge / much upside potential
in the price of the stock. There are other more reasons which is
justifiable as to why this IPO should b avoided. Wait for NHPC, its
coming at Rs.30 - Rs.35.
